Please note: Consignment appointments continue to be available either through local Toronto porch pick up or drop off at our St. Clair West/Oakwood Avenue office by appointment only. We recommend you send detailed photos and descriptions of items you are looking to consign prior to scheduling an appointment, so that we can evaluate your items prior to drop off.
We are currently accepting top designer handbags, accessories and shoes in excellent or like new condition. HazelLily only accepts 100% authentic designer items and all items left on consignment are subject to outside authentication by an internationally used service. All clothing items must be cleaned/laundered prior to consignment. If an item needs to be laundered, we will do so and deduct the cost from your earnings. Spring/Summer items are accepted February through July. Fall/Winter items are accepted August through January. Please note, by leaving your items at HazelLily on consignment you are agreeing to our terms and consignment policies. Items cannot be reclaimed prior to the 90 day consignment period ending unless previously agreed upon by both parties.

This includes photographs of your items and close-ups of any damages or defects. Please include any information you have on the item such as brand, style, year purchased and price purchased for. Please allow up to five business days for HazelLily to evaluate and respond with the next steps.
