Please note: Due to the increase in the fraudulent use of credit cards with regards to online shopping, the following security measures will now be taken for all purchases made with PayPal or Stripe Credit Card Payments. HazelLily will now be requiring PROOF OF IDENTITY for all credit card transactions. This includes a photo of yourself holding your photo ID as well as a photo of your credit card used for payment. Furthermore, if your billing and shipping addresss do not match, we may require further documentation. These extra measures are not only for the security of HazelLily but also to protect our trusted clients from potential identity theft and fraud.

RETURNS (ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY)
All pre-owned handbags, clothing, shoes and accessories are final sale.
If you have received your online purchase and feel the item has been greatly misrepresented and did not arrive as it was displayed online, we offer an exchange or store credit for the full purchase price. The cost of shipping will not be refunded and the return must be mailed at the shipper's own expense. The value of the exchange or store credit will not include the cost of shipping. Items returned must be in the same condition as when it was received with all tags attached. These rare exchanges must be shipped back to HazelLily with tracking included and postmarked within 72 hours of the original delivery date. Please contact us at within 72 hours to receive a return case number.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. HazelLily Designer Consignment is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that may occur during the delivery process.
Shipping on all orders across Canada is a flat $10.00 CAD. Shipping to the United States is a flat $25.00 CAD.
We currently ship only within North America.
Items will be shipped within two business days of receiving clear payment. Estimated Arrival: Canada 3-5 Business Days, United States 7-10. Shipping is done between Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays. All orders include delivery confirmation, tracking, standard insurance and a signature option. HazelLily Designer Consignment is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Standard insurance provides $100 of coverage. If you would like additional coverage, you will be charged the standard rate of $2.50 per additional $100.00. This is a separate charge from the standard shipping charge. HazelLily Designer Consignment charges sales tax for merchandise purchased online being delivered within Canada. HST of 13% applies within Ontario, and any applicable taxes apply within the rest of Canada. International orders are subject to applicable taxes, duties or charges or tariffs for goods crossing the border. The buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, tarrifs, and other expenditures that are incurred during shipment.
